We are seeking a highly capable and adaptable professional to lead and coordinate port operations across the South Pacific Region. This role will support multiple cruise brands, ensuring operational excellence in port logistics, agency management, infrastructure development, and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will play a central role in coordinating seamless interactions between our vessels and ports of call. They will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations for every arrival and departure.
Key responsibilities include managing port agents, overseeing port logistics, coordinating supply logistics, maintaining port information databases, and fostering strong relationships with vendors and government bodies.
Requirements include 3+ years shoreside operations experience, quality assurance experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, and high analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
