As a Web Officer, you will support the content management of the departments' corporate and school websites.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Managing the request queue to ensure all new requests for content updates are triaged effectively, promptly and according to team processes.
- Monitoring and responding to incoming communications relating to web content.
- Liaising with multiple teams to enable the smooth and efficient completion of content updates.
- Building positive relationships with internal and external clients to ensure quality outcomes
- Providing advice and guidance on content updates and associated requirements.
- Editing web content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow multiple processes.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with schools, corporate units, and stakeholders.
- A background in digital content, and a basic understanding of html.
- Demonstrated ability in content management, content management systems, and web governance.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated.
