Content Creator (LinkedIn or Instagram) (Volunteer Role)
We are seeking creative and enthusiastic Content Creators to manage CLCN’s presence on either LinkedIn or Instagram. Under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Platform Managers, you will plan, create, and deliver engaging content that showcases CLCN’s initiatives, events, and community impact.
About the role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with storytelling, while gaining valuable experience in digital marketing and community engagement within a supportive not-for-profit setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver eye-catching, platform-specific posts for LinkedIn and Instagram that bring CLCN’s programs, events, and initiatives to life.
- Immerse yourself in the CLCN community by attending events and activities, capturing photos, stories, and moments that showcase the energy and impact of our work.
- Collaborate with Platform Managers to shape content strategies that align with performance insights, audience trends, and organisational goals.
- Work closely with your Platform Manager (LinkedIn or Instagram) to tailor content that resonates deeply with each platform’s unique audience.
- Champion brand consistency by applying CLCN’s publishing guidelines, ensuring every post reflects our mission, values, and voice.
- Plan and manage content calendars proactively, so posts are not only timely but also impactful in driving engagement and participation.
- Inject creativity into campaigns by brainstorming new formats, storytelling ideas, and innovative ways to boost visibility and interaction.
- Attend regular team meetings to share ideas, stay aligned with broader marketing activities, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment.
