Strategic Account Manager Role Overview
The Strategic Account Manager is a crucial position within our organization, responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key clients across the ANZ region.
They will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each account, ensuring seamless collaboration and driving long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, improve client satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and market insights to expand our presence in strategic accounts.
* Solution Selling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address the complex challenges faced by our clients.
* Multithreading: Foster strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within each account, building trust and credibility through proactive communication and exceptional service.
* Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
* 8-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a similar industry or role.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a keen understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes.
* Native-level English language proficiency, with additional language capabilities a plus.
