The Role
Reporting to the CEO and working as part of a close-knit Senior Leadership Team, this role provides both strategic and hands-on leadership across all corporate services. You'll work closely with a small, dedicated team to ensure the organisation operates smoothly, remains compliant, and is well positioned to deliver on its mission.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and audits
* Lead people and culture functions such as recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations and payroll
* Champion WHS and support a strong culture of safety and wellbeing
* Manage IT systems, fleet, property and insurance
* Lead and support the Corporate Services team
* Prepare clear reports and advice for the Leadership Team and Board
* Drive practical improvements across systems and processes
About You
You're a collaborative, grounded leader who enjoys working in purpose-led environments and understands the realities of community and not-for-profit organisations.
You'll bring
* Senior management experience in financial and corporate oversight (community or NFP sector preferred)
* Experience across finance, HR, WHS, IT, fleet and property
* Strong knowledge of HR, IR and WHS legislation
* A people-first leadership style with strong communication skills
* A current QLD Blue Card and C Class Driver's Licence
