Your Responsibilities:
* Personally drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
* Work collaboratively to meet KPIs and sales targets
* Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
* Monitor inventory and stock management
* Ensure compliance with company policies
* Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
* Support the Sales Manager in coaching and onboarding new employees
* Share your passion for beauty and provide product knowledge and recommendations
About You
* You should be a qualified Beauty Therapist or Makeup Artist (Diploma or Certificate), with previous management experience in a customer-facing role within beauty or retail.
* Flexibility to work retail hours, including late nights and weekends, is essential.
* You must possess excellent service, selling, and communication skills, with the ability to coach and motivate others.
* High emotional intelligence and a professional stance are also required.
