Lead a Team of Sales Associates
ECCO is looking for highly motivated and competitive Retail Team Leaders with a passion to succeed. While dedicated to providing personal customer service, you will help your team achieve outstanding results through leadership and coaching.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience as a store manager or assistant store manager, demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and drive your team to succeed in an exciting fast-paced work environment, with a growth mindset and agile leadership style. You will be responsible for leading and coaching the store team members to deliver exceptional customer service, upholding our quality brand, and achieving store objectives.
In this role, you will also oversee customer returns and inventory management, train the team on product, VM, and sales techniques, and ensure Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Previous retail management experience as a store manager or assistant store manager
* Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
