TJM Geelong and Fullbore Offroad are expanding, and we're looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated 4WD Accessory Fitter to join our team.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for high-quality installation of 4x4 accessories and general workshop duties across a wide range of vehicles. This is a position suited to someone who can work independently, lead by example, and deliver exceptional work.
Key Responsibilities
* Fitment of 4x4 accessories including: bullbars, winches, suspension kits, snorkels, trays, canopies, electrical accessories, dual-battery systems, roof racks and more
* Suspension upgrades and touring/towing setups
* Quality checks, safety inspections, and test-driving completed vehicles
* Assisting with workshop organisation and workflow
* Communicating clearly within the team and ensuring jobs meet timelines and standards
About You
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a 4x4 accessory fitter
* Strong knowledge of 4WD vehicles, touring setups, and aftermarket accessories
* Confident working independently with excellent attention to detail
* Good problem-solving skills and a professional attitude
* Reliable, honest, and customer-focused
* Current driver's licence essential
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
