In this role, you'll take full ownership of the People & Culture function—guiding the organisation through transformation, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning people initiatives with strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a contemporary People & Culture strategy that drives business performance
* Lead all Industrial and Employee Relations (IR/ER) functions, including award interpretation, performance management, and enterprise agreements
* Drive workforce planning, leadership development, and succession strategies
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and department heads
* Champion employee engagement and build a culture of accountability, inclusion, and excellence
* Ensure full compliance with employment legislation and best practice HR frameworks
What We’re Looking For
* Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within industrial, construction, manufacturing, or technical environments
* Deep understanding of IR/ER, employment law, and workforce strategy
* Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to execution
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
