Where you'll be working: Predominately at Central Coast facilities and as and when required across Northern Sydney Local health facilities. Digital Health Services as part of the CXIO Suite
What You'll Be Doing: The Change managers are part of the Chief Clinical Information Officer's Suite Department within Digital health Services (DHS) at Central Coast Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD), plays a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption and integration of digital health initiatives, with a primary focus on the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR). This role leads to change management strategies that support clinical transformation, enhance patient outcomes, and ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across NSLHD.
The Unit Provides
* Strategic and operational support for clinical and patient management applications
* Oversight of clinical application upgrades, lifecycle management, and system integration
* Stewardship of electronic Medical Record (eMR) data quality, governance, and analytics
* Expert leadership in the enhancement, optimisation, and innovation of digital health platforms, including the transition to the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR)
* Advisory services in clinical application design, business process transformation, change enablement, benefits realisation, and post-implementation evaluation
The Change Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of enhancements to the electronic Medical Record (eMR) system. These improvements build upon the current eMR platform and align with broader initiatives led by eHealth NSW at the state level.
This role is primarily responsible for leading organisational change and facilitating the adoption of upgraded eMR solutions. Key areas of focus include managing transitions in business processes, systems and technologies, workforce roles, and other structural elements impacted by the enhancements.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria
* Holds relevant tertiary qualifications in health, health sciences, DHS, or management, or possesses equivalent extensive experience in the health sector. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the healthcare environment, including clinical and operational contexts.
* Extensive experience in planning and delivering change initiatives within large, complex health service environments. Demonstrated success in implementing major clinical programs and digital transformation projects, with expert knowledge of health system processes and stakeholder dynamics.
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and complex, multidisciplinary issues. Applies structured planning and time management approaches to meet critical deadlines and deliver outcomes in dynamic environments.
* Skilled in negotiating and influencing within multidisciplinary teams and across internal and external stakeholder groups. Demonstrates a customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand and respond to client needs, resolve issues, and drive consensus toward shared goals.
