Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled process technicians to fill key roles in our operations team. As a crucial member, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our gold processing plant.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operate the plant and optimize performance within established parameters.
* Report any faults or problems to the maintenance team and assist with activities as needed.
* Perform first-level maintenance on equipment.
* Properly record all operating data and log relevant information.
* Assist the metallurgist to test, trial, and improve plant efficiency.
* Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve production issues.
* Operate heavy machinery such as Loader, Telehandler, EWP, and Forklift safely and effectively.
Required Skills:
* Australian Driver's license (manual)
* Residency within 30 minutes of Ballarat
* Strong commitment to workplace safety
