CRM Analyst – Hanes Brands - Melbourne

Support the CRM, Loyalty and Personalisation team by owning execution, data requests and operational workflows, enabling faster delivery, reduced reactive workload, and improved campaign accuracy. At the core of this role is making CRM work better, faster and smarter. You'll be the operational backbone of the team — translating business questions into insights, turning briefs into flawlessly executed campaigns, and ensuring data, audiences and workflows are set up for success. From building and QA'ing customer journeys and SMS campaigns, to creating high-quality segments, reporting on performance and supporting testing, you'll bring structure, accuracy and momentum to everything the team delivers. You'll also keep a close eye on workflows, priorities and platform issues, proactively resolving problems and removing friction so the team can stay focused on impact.
What you'll bring
* A genuine team‐first mindset, with the ability to collaborate confidently across CRM, marketing, digital and data teams
* Strong analytical experience in mining customer data including behavioural and transactional datasets.
* Strong problem‐solving skills, with a practical, solutions‐focused approach to data, campaigns and workflow challenges
* The ability to manage multiple priorities at once, using a structured and organised approach to keep work moving and deadlines on track
* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working with data, audience logic and campaign QA
* A proactive and flexible attitude, thriving in a fast‐paced environment and responding quickly as priorities shift
* Experience using Power BI or equivalent tools required
