What You'll Bring
* Minimum 4/5 years' experience in Aged Care management
* Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
* Experience managing a 100+ bed facility
* Strong, supportive leadership skills with a hands‐on approach
* Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and nurture a positive team culture
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‐solving abilities
* Flexibility to meet operational needs, including occasional shift support
