We are a specialist high-voltage engineering business working across renewables, mining and network assets, and we're looking for a Service Delivery Manager who thrives in the operational heart of the business.
This role replaces a traditional "Project Manager" position, but the reality is closer to HV service delivery, maintenance coordination and client-facing operations.

How Will You Shape the Role?
As our Service Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering ongoing HV maintenance and service work across wind farms, mining operations and utility assets.
The role blends operational leadership, client engagement and hands-on delivery, with responsibility for people, planning and outcomes.
This is not a capital-projects PM role.
It suits someone who is comfortable operating at the coalface—balancing people, plant, schedules and client expectations—while still applying sound project discipline where it adds value.
Your Role Will Include:
Managing day-to-day service delivery for HV maintenance contracts across renewables and mining clients
Coordinating field crews, subcontractors and labour hire resources to meet programme and client commitments
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on operational and service matters
Planning and scheduling maintenance activities, outages and reactive works
Owning the delivery of renewable energy commissioning projects and associated HV work packages, from planning through to execution and close-out
Ensuring all works are delivered safely and in accordance with quality, compliance and contractual requirements
Supporting reporting, invoicing inputs and basic cost tracking
Working closely with engineering, commissioning and leadership teams to resolve issues efficiently and pragmatically
What Are We Looking For From You?
Experience in HV operations, maintenance or service delivery within renewables, mining or utility environments
Background as a Service Delivery Manager, Operations Manager, Site Manager or practical Project Manager
Strong people coordination skills, with confidence managing crews and subcontractors
A sound understanding of HV maintenance environments, site operations and safety obligations
Client-focused mindset with clear, professional communication
Comfortable managing multiple work fronts and shifting priorities
Organised, pragmatic and delivery-oriented
Formal project management qualifications are welcome but not essential.
We value practical delivery experience and good judgement over paperwork for its own sake.
