We're partnering with a highly respected agency seeking an experienced Property Manager to step into a well‐structured, well‐maintained portfolio across Logan and Ipswich, all while enjoying the freedom of working from home.

What You'll Be Doing
* Build strong, trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
* Conduct entry and exit inspections with support from a dedicated leasing & inspections team
* Manage end‐to‐end Property Management across 140–160 properties
* Coordinate maintenance efficiently and professionally
* Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of Property Management experience
* Someone who thrives working independently in a remote role
* Reliable, honest, and consistent work ethic
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration
* A proactive, trustworthy professional committed to delivering great service
