Solving technical challenges—interpreting drawings, flow data, and pressure specs, and designing custom solutions with valves and actuation, while offering elite technical OEM capabilities.

Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

- Inherit and manage a $10M+ client portfolio across water, utilities, and resource sectors.
- Develop and sustain relationships with contractors, EPCs, operators, distributors, and engineering teams.
- Interpret drawings, flow data, and pressure specifications to design and propose valve, actuation, and flow-control solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and engineered outcomes.
- Represent and promote the brand’s engineering excellence in technical discussions and proposals.
- Drive business development activities and hunting for new opportunities in water and mining sectors.

Qualifications

- Experienced technical sales qualified with exposure to valves, flow control, pumping, or piping systems—especially in water or mining.
- Mechanically-minded with the ability to discuss media types, flow rates, and pressure specs with engineers and project managers.
- Relationship-driven, commercially astute, and capable of delivering beyond expectations.
- Strong communication skills across CRM, phone, written proposals, and in-person conversations.
- Willingness to travel as required, and able to operate in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Compensation & About Global Talent

$120-140k Base + Super + Car Allowance, $22,500 + Uncapped Comms. 200k+ OTE.
