Job Description
The role involves working as part of the Trade Counter team, assisting plumbers and other tradespeople with access to products needed for building and renovation projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing customer service and information about products
* Offering quotes both in person and over the phone
* Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
* Ensuring a tidy and safe branch environment
* Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will require:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
* Able to provide excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
* Valid driver's licence
