Job Title: Construction Planner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
\
2. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
\
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and architects
\
4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
\
5. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
\
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
\
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
\
8. Contribute to the development of process improvements and lessons learned
\
9. Participate in knowledge sharing and collaboration with other teams

10. Provide input into business growth and strategy
\
11. Identify and develop training needs for self and team members
\
12. Implement change management initiatives as required

13. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or as necessary for the smooth operation of the department
\
14. Support the implementation of company-wide initiatives and programs

15. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures
\
16. Lead and participate in various committees and working groups as required
\
17. Develop and execute strategies to drive engagement, participation, and continuous improvement among team members

18. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners

20. Support the development and maintenance of company knowledge management systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

26. Relevant degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a field such as engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field
\
27. Proven experience in a construction-related field, preferably in a planning and coordination role
\
28. Excellent project management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
\
29. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
\
30. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
\

32. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with ability to learn new tools and technologies

33. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
