About the Role
BHP is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for the Infrastructure Maintenance team for Mining Area C and the South Flank Hub. Reporting to the Superintendent Infrastructure and Services, you will safely lead and support a team comprised of Electrical Technicians, Contractors and Fire System Inspectors in the maintenance of all non-plant infrastructure on site.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the Mine Safety and Inspection Act and Mines Safety Inspection Regulations, including S26 Statutory Supervisor.
Monitor asset electrical integrity and ensure compliance with statutory maintenance and inspection requirements.
Oversee compliance with electrical standards, weekly work schedules, operating standards, and procedures.
The role is offered on a fly-in fly-out basis from Perth, operating on an 8 days on, 6 days off, with 7 nights on, 7 days off schedule.

Qualifications & Skills
Leadership Experience in a mining or heavy industry environment.
Technical Expertise: WA "A grade" Electrical Licence or Engineering background.
1SAP, planning and work management experience.
Operational knowledge of infrastructure maintenance practices.
Safety Leadership: track record of championing safety initiatives and risk management.
Problem-Solving: ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems for sustainable outcomes.
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to diverse teams.
Positive, motivated leadership focused on culture and team diversity.
