**Experienced Baker / Apprentice Baker - Banjo's Bakery Café Mornington**

We are currently seeking a Baker / Apprentice Baker to join our Banjo's Bakery team in the Mornington Store.
As a qualified baker trade qualifications in Cakes, Pastry and Bread are essential. As an apprentice you will be shown and taught all that is required of the role.
Banjo's Bakery Café operates over a 7 day period, production team starting hours from 3am or 6am. The successful applicant must be available to work a range of different shifts.
Weekend and public holiday work will be required.
**Reporting directly to the Production Manager, your key roles and responsibilities will include**:
- Producing great tasting breads, pastries and sweets
- Working with other Bakers and the Production Manager to ensure a high standard of the product quality and range is achieved
- Excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure product is delivered on time to meet customer demands
- Achieving a high standard of cleanliness
- Maintain a high level of safety
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting other team members and foster good working relationships

- Effectively working within a excellent team of bakers who want to succeed
- Encourage "out of the box thinking"
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude to problem solving
- Career progression/orientated and driven to succeed
