THE POSITION:
* Lead and support catering operations for school groups, corporate events, and daily service
* Create safe, nutritious meals while confidently managing dietary and allergen requirements for children
* Deliver consistently high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
* Take ownership of food costs through smart portion control, minimal waste, and efficient stock management
THE PERSON:
* Hands-on experience in bulk or high-volume kitchens, with a strong team-focused approach
* Confident knowledge of allergen management, dietary requirements, and kitchen compliance
* Eligible to obtain or currently hold a Working With Children Check
