**Your new company**
Situated within one of the largest Federal Government Departments, this area creates policies, programs and initiatives to support the development and ongoing management of People and Culture.
**Your new role**
Within this position you will be providing governance, reporting and administrative support to the operations of the People and Culture team. Your responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating departmental and ministerial briefs, including Senate Estimates
- Performing secretariat duties including coordinating talking points, taking minutes and arranging meetings
- Managing statutory reporting requirements
- Providing administrative support including development/updating standard operating procedures, records and information management, and maintaining reporting tools
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this position you will demonstrate the capability to address the above role responsibilities, as well as:
- Intermediate level understanding of Microsoft suite, or the ability to obtain this
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of Government
- Experience undertaking secretariat duties
You MUST be an Australian Citizen to be eligible to apply, as well as hold or be able to obtain a minimum Baseline AGSVA Security Clearance.
