Grassroots ELC is seeking Educators to join our passionate team in Maudsland, QLD.
We have exciting opportunities to make a positive impacts on the lives of young children in our vibrant centre. We have a couple of opportunities including:
Lead Educator: Pre Kindy
Assistant Educator
Both roles you will be required to be available 5 days a week from 6:30am to 6pm.
What You'll Be Doing
* Plan and/or assist in implementing high-quality educational programs in line with EYLF that cater to the individual needs and interests of children
* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development
* Collaborate with families to build strong partnerships and support children's learning and wellbeing
* Maintain accurate records, observations, and assessments to monitor children's progress and inform future planning
* Actively participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Comply with all relevant early childhood education regulations, policies, and procedures
What We're Looking For
* Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education for Lead Educator role
* Cert 111 qualified in Early Childhood Education for Assistant Educator role
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
* Child Protection & Food Safety Certification Preferrably
* Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality early childhood education programs
* Understanding of the and National Quality Standards
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues
* Passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
* Dedication to protecting children
