We're looking for a Marketing Manager to help elevate, grow, and strengthen the brand presence of this multi-venue precinct.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness, digital engagement and marketing outcomes across all venues.
This role blends creativity with commercial focus — leading campaigns, content, communications and digital strategy while ensuring everything is on-brand, on-budget and aligned with business priorities.
You'll work closely with Sales, Events and Venue Managers, supporting marketing needs across the precinct.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination
Deliver integrated marketing plans that support campaigns, venue goals and seasonal priorities.
Coordinate timelines and work with internal stakeholders.
Monitor trends and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
Brand, Design & Communications
Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing outputs.
Prepare briefs and work with designers on creative assets.
Oversee menus, posters, digital assets and promotional materials.
Provide copywriting for campaigns, newsletters and digital content.
Digital Marketing & EDMs
Manage content across social media platforms.
Lead the Marina Social Media Committee.
Ensure all websites are accurate and engaging.
Create and send EDMs, including the Pen Holders.
Monitor online reviews and oversee the MPR Rewards Programme.
PR & Content Creation
Coordinate PR campaigns, media outreach and photoshoots.
Track media coverage and advertising commitments.
Host media, influencers and partners when needed.
Content & Social Coordination
Oversee content creation, scheduling and live event coverage.
Maintain a strong visual library and ensure consistent brand voice and quality.
Budget & Reporting
Prepare project budgets and track marketing spend.
Recommend media opportunities to maximise ROI.
Collaboration & Customer Service
Support venue teams with clear communication and proactive marketing support.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Something About You
Creative, organised and detail-focused, with strong communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Confident across social media, digital marketing and content creation.
Collaborative, supportive and passionate about hospitality.
Experience in destination, lifestyle or hospitality marketing is highly regarded.
