About the role
As Export Manager ANZ you will have a pivotal role in growing and expanding McCain's ANZ export business. Based in either Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne you will lead our export business and drive McCain's presence in multiple countries.
You will report to the Head of Business Development and work cross-functionally with our marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, customer service and logistics teams.
What you'll be doing
* Develop and execute a strategy to drive growth of our export business.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities using your industry expertise and established networks.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies and sales channels.
* Lead pricing management.
* Forecasting and comprehensive reporting achieving annual sales budgets.
* Act as the key liaison with government bodies, industry associations and regulatory agencies ensuring compliance and the maximization of export opportunities.
* Provide comprehensive high-quality service to our customers.
* Travelling regularly for stakeholder engagement and market development.
What you'll need to be successful
* Minimum 5 years experience in export management within the FMCG industry.
* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (essential).
* Proven success identifying and realising new export retail and food service opportunities.
* Strong understanding of the export market landscape including regulatory requirements and operational complexities specific to ANZ & international regions.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong networks and partnerships.
* Highly developed skills in strategic planning, negotiation and stakeholder management.
* Exceptional organization, project management and communication skills.
* Thorough understanding of business operations in a large FMCG company.
* Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
* Valid AU passport required.

You will join McCain's Business Development team as an individual contributor within a diverse cross-functional environment. Working alongside experts in marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, finance, quality and logistics you will play a critical role in helping McCain expand its international presence through strategic export activities. The team is dedicated to maximising sales, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service as we continue to grow McCain's reputation as a leading global food company.
