In this exciting new role, you will be involved in supporting Macquarie's Private Bank by focusing on the technology that supports our business. Predominantly, the role will focus on business oversight and administration of our key advice technology systems, including Xplan, Salesforce, DocuSign, Ezidox and InvestCloud.
You will be responsible for capturing enhancements and proactively working with stakeholders to bring about improved advice technology systems, workflow, and reporting capabilities. The role will span requirements gathering through to the delivery of enhancements based on the evolving needs of our bankers, adviser service and advice product teams. You will identify, develop, and innovate on existing business processes and surface data insights to users to drive effective and efficient decision making.
This position is a unique hybrid between a Business Analyst and an Advice Technology expert. While this role has a large focus on Xplan, there will be opportunities to help drive improvement across other systems and you will gain exposure to people across all levels of Private Bank and our aligned stakeholders. You will have responsibility for maintaining data integrity and the opportunity to support the Private Bank proposition more broadly as part of the Product and Tech Solutions team.
As the Xplan & Systems Support Specialist, you will:
- Look after ongoing business management and administration of Xplan, DocuSign, Ezidox, InvestCloud and any new technologies (such as Salesforce)
- Identify and implement changes to business systems and processes driving functionality uplift
- Advice technology site administration, advice workflow maintenance and monitoring of data integrity
- Liaison with vendors and our technology teams to resolve errors and system issues
- Engage with bankers, client services, para-planning, and technology stakeholders on proposed project deliverables
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
- Work with key stakeholders to facilitate continuous review of the data and promote good data practices
- Maintain and enhance threads, templates and workflow
To be successful in this role you will be enthusiastic, curious, and collaborative with an ability to work independently and proactively. You will also have:
- A strong understanding of financial advice best practices and Xplan functionality
- Proven experience working with Xplan in a support and / or business administration role
- Proven ability to sustain high levels of performance and tenacity in delivery of quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Xplan Site Admin certifications
