Job Description:

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our retail operation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate a high-performing team, deliver standout customer experiences, and drive sales growth.

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for managing floor operations, stock, visuals, and daily processes. You will also help drive a strong, confident store culture, coach casual team members, and support training and development.

This role requires a strong passion for fashion, wellness, and premium product. You must possess confident communication and people leadership skills, as well as a proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance.

A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment is essential. If you are ready to lead a store that champions strong women, premium product, and powerful service, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

* Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
* A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product
* Confident communication and people leadership skills
* A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance
* Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how
* A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment
