We're seeking an experienced Estimator / Bid Manager to lead tendering and preconstruction for projects ranging from $100k to $20M+.
The Role:
* Lead tendering and preconstruction activities
* Review consultant scopes, reports, and drawings
* Engage subcontractors and suppliers to build competitive pricing
* Identify risk, opportunity, and value-engineering options
* Prepare high-quality tender submissions and clarifications
About You:
* Strong background in estimating or bid management
* Minimum 5-8 years of estimating or bid management experience required
* Comfortable with complex, consultant-led scopes
* Commercially astute and detail-focused
* Experience in remedial, refurbishment, or complex construction preferred
* Australian work rights are mandatory for this position
* Essential construction industry experience required
