You'll be supporting a Senior Transformation Executive in the insurance industry who is looking for an experienced, confident, and highly organised Personal Assistant to bring structure, clarity, and calm to a fast‐paced environment. Along with managing a high‐volume inbox and complex schedule, you'll play a key role in supporting and optimising office processes. This role is ideal for a seasoned PA who can step in with confidence, take the reins quickly, prioritise effectively, and help streamline the way the executive and wider team operate day‐to‐day.

What You'll Be Doing
* Full PA support, including proactive diary and email management.
* Sorting, triaging, and prioritising a high volume of incoming communication.
* Ensuring the right meetings are scheduled - virtual or in‐person - including room bookings.
* Acting as a key point of contact and managing direct communication on behalf of the executive.
* Brought structure to processes and workflows.
* Supporting business‐wide operational workflows and ensuring information flows to the right people.
* Working closely with a leader who values clarity, efficiency, and strong partnership.
