Exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to lead high-end residential projects, managing architect-designed homes and multi-million-dollar builds from Ardross to Karrinyup.
Responsibilities
* Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities
* Maintain site safety and efficient workflow
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard
* Communicate project progress with internal teams
About You
* Proven experience supervising high-end custom residential construction, including multi-million-dollar projects is a must
* Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Positive, team-focused attitude with a can-do approach
