About the Role: Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with menu standards. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety compliance in the kitchen. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring consistency and quality. Order of stock and maintenance of equipment Assist with menu planning, stock control, and kitchen operations. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen. Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
