Key Responsibilities

This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers.

Specifically, you will manage the customer onboarding process, conduct online product training and demonstrations, build lasting relationships with existing customers, and collaborate with our development team to translate customer feedback into software updates and new product development.

* Manage the initial experience of our products to ensure it is a success;
* Conduct online product training and demonstrations;
* Build strong relationships with our existing customers and schedule follow-up meetings to ensure they are getting maximum value from our products;
* Manage the renewal of existing accounts;
* Collaborate with our software development team to incorporate customer feedback into software updates and new product development;
* Remain up-to-date on our products, services, and competitive landscape;
* Assist in the development of educational and support materials related to our products;
* Effectively record sales activity and customer interactions using Hubspot.

Additionally, you will be expected to interact effectively with customers and our global team, possess excellent verbal and written presentation skills, have keen attention to detail, and be highly organized.


Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills;
* Keen attention to detail and high organizational skills;
* Ability to connect with a wide range of individuals and build strong relationships;
* Technical proficiency and confidence;
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, IT);
* Ideal 2-3 years of professional experience including exposure to sales and/or customer relations. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
