Our client is a leading worldwide company that specialises in foreign exchange and transactions across many stores worldwide. They are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and passionate Area Sales Manager to join their Perth based team.
Compensation
Competitive salary + bonus, car allowance.
Location
Perth based.
Responsibilities
* Manage walk up retail KPIs including ATMs
* Own and drive store profitability / EBITDA
* Manage and monitor customer service levels at stores
* People management
* Store management including launches, promotions, inventory & margins
* Execute operations in line with standard operating procedures
* Adhere to company and location policies and procedures
* Financial analysis, reporting and planning
* Review existing estate / identify opportunities and support BD in developing business case assumptions for new/existing store/ATM locations
* Manage local relationships (landlords) &ndash day to day operational account management
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Solid background in the banking / foreign exchange industry
* Retail experience essential
* Ability to manage teams to deliver results
* Experience in recruitment, coaching, retention and performance management
* Compliance with procedures and risk management
* Ability to build and manage relationships
* Experience managing change in a multi-site environment
* Strong record of performance delivery through increased sales, cost management, performance against KPIs and good P&L management
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
