Core Objectives
Understanding and experience in use of various welding technologies.
Welding of stainless steel components using TIG, MIG, or resistance welding techniques.
Ability to professionally use a range of hand and power tools to carry out other fabrication roles such as cutting, drilling, parts assembly, grinding, polishing.
Reading, interpretation and understanding of basic fabrication drawings and specifications.
Ability to follow instructions and manage personal workflow.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
General workshop duties.

Committed to providing consistent and efficient production across all aspects of fabrication – preparation, welding and assembling.

The ability to communicate clearly, understand the instructions given and preparedness to ask questions if in doubt.

Excellent attention to detail in fabrication, and efficient and tidy workshop habits.

Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.

Mechanically minded.
Desirable but not Essential
Forklift Licence, Confined Space Licence, Working at Heights Licence, Medium Rigid/Truck Licence, Dogman/Riggers Licence.
GTAW, MMAW, GMAW experience, ie stainless and aluminium welding experience.
