Are you a highly organised and motivated First Nations Administration Coordinator with an interest in music and the creative industries ready to take on a new opportunity? This important role provides high level executive and administrative support to our First Nations team supporting the delivery of culturally informed programs, training and events.

About the Role

Working closely with the First Nations Program Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

* Executive Support: Provide high quality executive support for the First Nations program manager ensuring priorities, schedules and deliverables are well managed.
* Program Coordination: Ensuring the effective delivery of First Nations programs, training and initiatives both online and in-person, providing on the ground support as required.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate communication and logistics with artists, panellists, facilitators and partners to ensure culturally safe, respectful and smooth program delivery.
* Administration: Ensuring accurate data management, assisting with communication and marketing activities, and collaborating with internal teams.

About You

You are a disciplined professional who is motivated, takes initiative, thrives in a remote work environment, and demonstrates extensive experience and understanding of First Nations communities.

To be successful, you will have:

* demonstrated experience providing high-level administration support, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
* a deep understanding of First Nations cultures, histories, and the ability to apply culturally safe practices.
* exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
* a willingness to travel for work-related activities and meetings.
