2XM Recruit are now seeking a Project Manager in Newcastle on a permanent basis. Project Manager – Heritage & Commercial Projects Location: Newcastle, NSW
Salary: Circa $150k–$180k base + super + vehicle allowance
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a national business working on heritage building projects in the Newcastle area. While experience in heritage construction is ideal, strong commercial project experience will be considered, as training in the heritage-specific aspects will be provided.

Responsibilities
* Managing projects in the $5M+ range, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and to quality standards
* Overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning through to completion
* Leading and coordinating teams, subcontractors, and consultants
* Maintaining strong client relationships and effective communication across all stakeholders
What we're looking for
* Commercially astute with solid project management experience
* Experience managing projects in the $5M dollar range
* Excellent communicator, able to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Proven track record managing commercial or heritage projects (residential PMs need not apply)
* Ability to quickly adapt and learn heritage-specific construction requirements
