Baillie Hill is Perth's newest hospitality precinct, opening in January 2026 in the heart of East Victoria Park. With restaurants, bars, and event spaces spread across a multi‑venue site, Baillie Hill will bring together creativity, community, and cuisine under one roof.
We're now assembling our foundation kitchen team — passionate hospitality professionals who want to be part of something new, exciting, and built from the ground up.
The Roles
We're seeking to fill multiple roles from Chefs de Partie, Commis, Cooks to Kitchen Hands to join our team across several venues within the precinct. Whether you're an experienced chef ready for your next challenge or a rising talent eager to grow, there's a place for you in our dynamic new kitchens.
Dependant on your role you'll:
* Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes using fresh, local produce
* Work alongside an experienced culinary leadership team
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
* Assist in stock control, prep, and kitchen organisation
* Contribute ideas and creativity as we establish new menus and systems
* Support seamless communication between back and front of house
About You
* Passionate about food, teamwork, and service excellence
* Pending role, experienced in busy, high‑volume kitchens (hospitality or function venues ideal)
* Reliable, motivated, and committed to consistent quality
* Calm under pressure with a positive, can‑do attitude
* Hold current Food Safety and Hygiene certifications (or willing to obtain)
* Have full Australian working rights
