* Produce conceptual drawings (SketchUp required; Revit/AutoCAD as needed).
* Coordinate detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation packages for costing, approvals, and construction.
* Collaborate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and landlords to ensure design intent is met.
* Conduct site visits, review samples and submissions, track defects, and support project close‑out.
Client Interaction
* Liaise with clients to understand briefs, project goals, cultural drivers, and functional needs.
* Present design concepts and guide clients through decision‑making.
* Provide strategic and creative design advice throughout the project lifecycle.
Business Development
* Support design pitches and presentations to help win new work.
* Contribute insights on design trends, materials, and workplace strategy.
Team & Culture
* Mentor junior designers and collaborate across disciplines.
* Promote M Moser's culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
* 4–10+ years' experience in commercial workplace design.
* Strong concept design capability and fluency in SketchUp; familiarity with Revit/AutoCAD helpful.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain design integrity from concept through construction.
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting to clients and stakeholders.
