The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and hands-on Cellar Manager to join our Operations team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing all stock across our Champagne-focused venue, ensuring that our service spaces are consistently and elegantly supplied. Working closely with the Sommelier, the Cellar Manager will oversee all stock movements, from daily replenishment through to off-site storage transfers.
A minimum of 3-5 years of wine industry experience is required for this Cellar Manager role.
Valid work visa holders are required to be eligible for this position.
This is a physically demanding role that requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to managing stock flow.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should be a dynamic and experienced cellar professional with the following qualifications and skills:
* Previous experience in stock management, preferably within hospitality, wine, or beverage operations.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
* Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
* Valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle (car allowance provided).
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
