Job Description
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for undertaking day-to-day service and repairs, assembly/installation activities within the organization and undertaking field maintenance activities and performing service call outs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Service, maintenance, and fault rectification of two-way radio communication products and systems.
* Undertaking programming of Analogue, DMR, P25 & Tetra radio systems.
* Performing triage and Level 1, 2, and 3 repairs of two-way radio equipment.
You will also be required to organize final inspection, testing, and packaging as required, perform testing of equipment, be part of an On-Call roster for afterhours servicing, servicing, and maintaining base sites, comply to Service Level and Maintenance Agreements, provide support to the business for training, installations, commissioning, and maintenance when requested, support warehouse activities where required, to perform all work at a high level of quality, deliver a 90% level of utilization, follow company processes and procedures as directed by management, conduct personal behavior and work in accordance with all OH&S requirements and management directives, identify opportunities to promote and expand the service options available to the customer, flag and report common repair or service issues to management, comply with local standards, procedures, and protocols with specific responsibility for performance to key performance indicators, represent the organization in a professional manner at all times, both externally and internally, and support the adoption of the corporate culture.
