About the position
Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, Educational Partnerships Quality, the Senior Officer, Educational Partnerships is responsible for activities in the University's educational partnership quality assurance team. The incumbent will be expected to manage a wide range of processes including agreement administration, quality monitoring and planning, and audit activities to assess the effectiveness of educational partnerships at La Trobe, including third-party teaching, articulation agreements, and mobility agreements.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have:
* A degree with substantial extension of the theories and principles, learned through experience; or management experience; or postgraduate qualifications, or progress towards postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, training, and/or experience.
* Ability to apply theoretical knowledge or management or policy expertise to synthesize diverse and sometimes conflicting information to solve unique problems.
* Demonstrated management and leadership skills, including experience in managing and leading staff to promote a cohesive and effective team, as well as managing workflows.
* Detailed knowledge of academic and administrative policies and understanding of the interrelationships between various policies and activities.
