As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for managing all reservations operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and maximized room revenue. This includes monitoring and optimizing hotel occupancy, rate integrity, and inventory control.
You will analyze booking trends and generate daily/weekly/monthly reservation reports to inform business decisions. Effective communication with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Sales teams is essential to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve guest satisfaction goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office/reservations and a minimum of 12 months' experience in Reservations Management. Experience in hotel opening and pre-opening is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all reservations operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and maximized room revenue.
2. Monitor and optimize hotel occupancy, rate integrity, and inventory control.
3. Analyze booking trends and generate daily/weekly/monthly reservation reports.
4. Maintain effective communication with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Sales teams.
5. Handle VIP and group reservations in collaboration with Sales and Events departments.
