Seeking Passionate Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist Lead, Inspire, and Make a Lasting Impact on Children's Lives
Are you an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist ready to lead and inspire? Adams Health Services in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist to help build and guide our new paediatric team.

What You'll Be Doing
Conduct comprehensive assessments to uncover each child's unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans to help them reach their goals. Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions focused on fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and social-emotional development. Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
Document client progress and maintain detailed case notes aligned with NDIS requirements. Supervise and mentor junior Occupational Therapists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Take a proactive role in developing clinic procedures and contributing to service growth initiatives.
Support leadership in driving best practices and setting high standards in Paediatric care. What
You'll Bring Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Paediatric services with a proven track record of helping children achieve their potential.
Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills, with a solutions-focused approach. Mindset: A passion for making a difference, commitment to professional growth, and experience supervising and mentoring junior therapists.
