Your new role

In this 12‐month contract, you will be promoting to General Practitioners and Pharmacists across the Townsville, Mackay, Mt Isa and Ingham area. You will experience variety, autonomy, strong working relationships with customers, and the chance to promote a lifesaving drug. You will be responsible for:

* Engaging with existing General Practitioners and expanding the target group of customers.
* Being highly organised, self‐motivated, and driven to build patient‐centric HCP relationships.
* Developing and executing a robust territory business plan leveraging face‐to‐face as well as digital engagements with HCPs/GPs to create a personalised omni‐channel experience for our customers.
* Executing marketing strategies and conducting group presentations as well as monitoring competitors' activities and reporting directly.
* Working in accordance with business ethics procedures and local laws, as well as Novo Nordisk Way and policies.
Your new department

As a GP Sales Representative, you will join our high‐performing sales team in the Cardiometabolic department. Our team is passionate about promoting Novo Nordisk products and making a meaningful impact on patients' lives. You will report directly to the State Sales Manager. The department fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, where innovation and excellence are celebrated. Together, we strive to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the success of Novo Nordisk.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a new GP Sales Representative who will enjoy working in a high‐paced, dynamic environment. You'll bring with you:

* GP sales experience in the pharmaceutical or similar industry, ideally worked and lives on or near the advertised geographical territory.
* Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Tertiary education, preferably in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical with the ability to take on complex data and disseminate it to our customers.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly, including occasional extended hours and weekends.
* Must either be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
