đ§ About the Role
As an F&I Business Manager, youâll partner with customers after vehicle selection to deliver tailored finance, insurance, and protection solutions. Youâll balance exceptional customer outcomes with compliance, profitability, and ethical lending obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Presenting and explaining finance options including loans, leases, and interest structures
* Securing competitive approvals through banks and lenders
* Tailoring finance and insurance solutions to suit customer needs
* Offering insurance and protection products with clear, transparent explanations
* Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and legally sound
* Staying current with responsible lending, consumer credit, and F&I legislation
