Job Description
As a Net Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting and developing web applications that positively impact millions of people. You will collaborate with high-profile clients and programs, gain exposure to bespoke design systems, and work with technologists.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for web applications and cloud infrastructure for clients across Australia.
* Resolve client requests in a timely manner based on agreed delivery dates.
* Monitor client requests through email, ITSM tickets, and phone calls.
* Conduct investigations into incidents to prevent their recurrence.
Requirements
* Understanding of the .NET Framework and .NET Core, including C#.
* Experience building or maintaining web applications and APIs using ASP.NET MVC and Web API.
* Basic front-end skills for CMS template customization, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Ability to write and understand SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
* Experience with Git and version control tools like GitHub or Azure DevOps.
* ITIL knowledge or certification, and experience with service management.
