Job Overview
We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Permanent Part-Time Security Officers, providing high-quality customer service and a visible security presence across multiple Brisbane locations.
This role involves working on moving public transport vehicles; applicants who experience motion sickness may find it unsuitable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct proactive patrols and provide visible security presence in public areas.
* Respond to security incidents and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
* Provide first aid when required, adhering to established protocols.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to the public, fostering positive relationships.
* Support and liaise with stakeholders, including emergency services, to ensure seamless communication.
* Complete accurate incident reports and follow procedural instructions to maintain compliance.
Essential Requirements:
* Hold a valid QLD Security Licence (including Crowd Control) and a current First Aid Certificate.
* Possess a valid QLD Driver's Licence and be able to operate in dynamic environments.
* Be able to commit to Friday and Saturday nights (high-demand operational periods) and work across various Brisbane locations.
* Demonstrate strong communication, professionalism, and customer service capability.
* Exhibit ability to operate in dynamic environments, including on moving public transport.
