About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our People & Culture team on a fixed-term contract until January 2026.

In this role, you’ll support our Talent Acquisition Officer with a variety of recruitment and onboarding activities – from reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens, to coordinating interviews, managing pre-employment checks, and keeping hiring managers updated every step of the way. You’ll also assist with induction setups and recruitment reporting, helping us deliver a seamless and positive experience for every candidate.

What You’ll Do

* Oversee multiple open vacancies at once, prioritising tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Review resumes and shortlist candidates for consideration.
* Conduct phone screening and coordinate interview scheduling.
* Arrange and track pre-employment checks, including references and police checks.
* Stay up to date with recruitment progress reports and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.
* Support hiring managers with updates and recruitment timelines.
* Assist with induction preparation and onboarding tasks.
* Maintain accurate records and data within our HR systems.

What You'll Bring

* Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR support, or a similar role.
* Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Comfortable building relationships with stakeholders across the business.
* Confident using HR systems (Employment Hero will be highly regarded), Microsoft Office Suite, and online recruitment tools.
