The Role
Join our team as a Maintenance Electrician at our Lidcombe seafood processing site in NSW. This is a hands-on, full-time afternoon shift role (12pm-8pm) where you'll be key to keeping our facility running reliably every day. You'll perform both preventative and breakdown maintenance, working with a skilled team to minimise downtime.
Responsibilities
* Respond to and fix electrical breakdowns.
* Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment.
* Read electrical schematics and diagrams.
* Work with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment runs smoothly.
* Uphold a strong safety-first culture.
Role Requirements
* A current Australian Electrical Licence and full working rights.
* Trade qualification as an Electrician.
* Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced environment.
* Good mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical faults.
* A reliable, problem-solving attitude and a strong focus on safety.
* Flexibility for potential Saturday work and overtime.
