**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to lifting the tender win rate across new and existing business opportunities 
- Ensure high quality submissions are delivered in advance of deadline and with approval from all key stakeholders 
- Support the sales team with creation of Powerpoint presentations, capability statements and proposals 
- Contribute to the creation and ongoing maintenance of a new tender library
**Key Relationships**:
- Reporting to the Strategic Sales Leader, who also manages tenders and the tender process 
- Position will have periodic interaction with Legal, Product and Pricing, Operations and Marketing 
- Working collaboratively with Business Development Managers and Relationship Managers to guide them through the tender process end to end
**Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience**:
- Exceptional writing and editing skills - corporate tender writing/editing background preferred, but those with journalism and communication experience also strongly considered 
- Intermediate to advanced Graphic Design skills, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Adobe Creative suite. 
- Experience in the fleet industry will be valued, but not essential 
- Tender question analysis and the ability to distill complex concepts into simple, compelling statements 
- Advanced skills in MS Word 
- Ability to create high volumes of written content within tight deadlines 
- Excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously 
- A highly collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
